What is XERF™?

XERF™ is an advanced multi-frequency radiofrequency technology for skin tightening without surgery, needles or incisions. The system combines two radio frequencies – 6.78 MHz and 2 MHz – allowing controlled heat to be delivered at different tissue depths. This controlled heating stimulates existing collagen fibres while supporting the body's natural collagen production and remodelling processes. Rather than adding volume or changing your facial features, XERF™ helps your own tissue become firmer, smoother and more structured.

How does XERF™ work?

As we age, our bodies produce less collagen and elastin. The skin gradually loses firmness, the cheeks may begin to sag and the jawline becomes less defined. This is exactly where XERF™ works.

The radiofrequency energy generates controlled heat within the tissue layers responsible for skin firmness. This stimulates the skin's natural regeneration and collagen remodelling processes.

An initial tightening effect may be noticeable shortly after treatment. However, the main improvements develop gradually over the following weeks and months as collagen fibres regenerate and reorganise.

What to Expect During a XERF™ Treatment

Personal Consultation

Before treatment, we assess your skin quality, facial contours and tissue structure. Together, we define the areas to be treated and discuss what results can realistically be achieved.

Treatment

The XERF™ handpiece is moved systematically over the predefined treatment areas. The radiofrequency energy heats the tissue in a controlled manner at different depths.

Most patients mainly experience a sensation of warmth. Anaesthesia is generally not required.

Depending on the treatment area, a session usually takes between 30 and 60 minutes.

After the Treatment

There is generally no significant downtime. The skin may appear slightly red or feel warm for a short period after treatment.

You can usually return to your normal daily activities immediately.

We simply recommend avoiding intense sun exposure, tanning beds and saunas for a short time and consistently using SPF 50+ sunscreen.

When Will I See the Results?

XERF™ works by stimulating the body's natural collagen remodelling processes – and these require time.

An initial improvement in skin firmness may become noticeable relatively soon after treatment. However, collagen remodelling continues over the following weeks and months.

As a result, the skin may gradually become firmer and facial contours more defined.

The extent and speed of improvement vary from person to person and depend on factors such as age, skin quality, the initial condition and the treatment area.
