From a medical point of view, crow's feet are lateral periorbicular wrinkles. These wrinkles appear on the side of the eye and are reminiscent of crow's feet due to their structure. These lateral eye wrinkles often occur in conjunction with lower eyelid wrinkles. They are also referred to as expression lines, as these wrinkles are caused by facial expressions. Crow's feet are also known as laugh lines. These expression lines look very appealing on a smiling face, but if you are not laughing, crow's feet can make your face look old. If you want to maintain a fresh, youthful appearance, you can have your crow's feet treated.
To minimize the formation of crow's feet, wrinkle treatment should be started as early as possible. BTX is often used to treat crow's feet. This substance ensures that the orbicularis oculi muscle can no longer move or can only move to a limited extent. This prevents pinching and thus the deepening of expression lines on the eye. In addition, crow's feet that have already developed can be treated by injecting hyaluronic acid into the wrinkles around the eyes to soften them.

Bags under the eyes are caused by an increase in fatty tissue in the lower eyelid area. This can be removed by tightening measures such as Ultherapy® or surgery.
Dark circles are usually caused by discoloration or a reduction in subcutaneous fat under the eyes. Filling with autologous fat, PRP (platelet-enriched plasma) or hyaluronic acid results in the desired fresh, rested-looking face. Dark-looking skin discoloration can be lightened with PRP, fractionated CO2 laser application and carboxytherapy.

The deep wrinkle between the nose and the corner of the mouth requires customized treatment. Depending on the cause of the wrinkles (mimic or due to a lack of fat in the cheeks), different treatment approaches are required. Basically, this wrinkle always requires volume

The treatment of choice is the use of hyaluronic acid, which is injected into the edge of the lip between the red of the lip and the white of the lip above it.
This stabilizes the skin of the upper lip so that the upper lip wrinkles no longer appear. Depending on the findings, the individual wrinkle lines can be injected with a thinner hyaluronic acid. The end result is completely natural and aesthetically pleasing. Depending on the facial expression, it may also be necessary to smooth the muscles of the upper lip.
The same is also possible in the lower lip area. Depending on the wrinkle pattern, laser treatment rounds off the treatment if, for example, there are many small wrinkles above the lip (cobblestone relief).
