Buttock augmentation with autologous fat

With this treatment, the buttocks can be gently and naturally shaped using the body's own fat, which can be disruptive in other areas.

The main focus of buttock augmentation with autologous fat is the planning of the procedure, which is always individually tailored to each person, their anatomy and wishes. First, unwanted fat deposits are suctioned out, whereby care must be taken to ensure that the fat on the flanks and waist is completely removed. This sculpting alone changes the body silhouette above the buttocks so that the waist appears narrower, which automatically emphasizes the roundness of the buttocks. At the same time, the transition from the back to the bottom is defined.

Your own fat is used to gently and effectively sculpt the buttocks: The lateral regions on the buttocks, which appear depressed, are usually filled in as well as the central buttocks region, which is responsible for the bulging of the buttocks. This combination leads to the desired rounding of the buttocks, also known as the "Brazilian butt".

For particularly gentle fat removal, we recommend water-jet liposuction (WAL), which can achieve in-growth rates of up to 70%. Some of the implanted fat is broken down by the body; the rest, which is still present after 4-6 weeks, remains forever. Depending on the size of the existing fat deposits, 200-300 ml of fat can be implanted per session, but it is possible to inject even larger amounts of fat using the so-called "supercharged" method (for a BMI of over 26).

The modelling of the buttocks is performed on an outpatient basis under local anesthesia and twilight sleep. You can go home immediately after the treatment and return to work just two days later; sport is possible again after about two weeks.
