There are always very slim patients who want a buttock augmentation, but for whom treatment with their own fat is not an option because they do not have the necessary fat deposits. In these cases, the buttocks can be augmented using either Sculptra® or Lanluma X. Both products are injectable polylactides, also known colloquially as polylactic acids (PLA for short), which stimulate the production of new collagen, resulting in more volume in the buttocks. Sculptra® is known for its use primarily in the face, whereas Lanluma X was developed exclusively for modeling the buttocks.
However, many women do not want to enlarge their buttocks at all, but primarily want a butt lift without surgery; in such cases, Endopeel is a good solution.
