Heavy breasts pull the body forward, shifting the body's center of gravity and leading to poor posture. This often results in headaches, tension, back problems and poor posture. Large breasts can sag considerably as they become less firm with age. This can lead to so-called sweat lines, which are not only uncomfortable but can also lead to skin problems.
Breast reduction surgery (mammoplasty) is usually the only way to achieve smaller breasts; neither dieting nor exercise can significantly correct the sagging shape or heaviness of the breasts. If you are considering a breast reduction, your breasts must be fully developed and your body fully grown. You must also no longer be breastfeeding, as a breast reduction can restrict your ability to breastfeed.

Liposuction of the breast leads to a massive reduction in fat volume, whereby a reduction of 1-2 cup sizes is easily possible.
The breasts then look firmer and smaller, and these results are also achieved in older patients. Pain that previously existed due to overly large breasts often disappears. Liposuction works with invisible stitches, leaving no scars. Aftercare consists of wearing a bra for 2-3 weeks.
Duration: 1 hour infiltration, 1 hour liposuction
A tightening operation is performed to restore the breast to a higher position and a firmer shape; this procedure can also be combined with a surgical breast reduction if desired. Breast lift surgery focuses on lifting and reshaping the breast, moving and possibly also reducing nipples that are too low and removing excess skin. Depending on the findings, the procedure can be performed on an outpatient basis, almost always under local anesthesia in combination with twilight sedation. However, general anesthesia is necessary for more extensive tightening.
