Autologous blood therapy for hair loss

Our blood consists of red and white blood cells, fluid and platelets. The latter are the carriers of "miracle substances", as the scientific studies show. They contain bioactive substances, stem cells and hormones in very high doses which, once released, lead to cell regeneration and cell growth that has hardly been achieved with any other substance to date. In the meantime, autologous blood therapy has gained a firm place in medicine as a new "miracle cure" in the treatment of arthrosis and tendon problems, eye diseases and also in aesthetics. Autologous blood therapy has only recently been used in hair treatment – with inspiring results.

In our own survey, over 90% of our patients stated that their hair loss stopped after just one treatment. Over 80% showed that the lost hair grew back and the head looked like it did before the hair loss after just 2-3 treatments.

Even after the first autohaemotherapy treatment, the follicles recover, the hair grows thicker and the entire head of hair becomes thicker. Usually, 3 treatments at intervals of 4 weeks are necessary to achieve an optimal result. However, it takes patience for the results to become visible, as the recovery process can take a few weeks to a few months.

As a rule, the final result is achieved after 8 months – a clearly visible, stronger head of hair. This is possible thanks to neoangiogenesis, the new formation of the finest blood vessels that increase blood flow to the hair follicle again. Once the effect has been achieved, the result lasts for years. The best results are achieved when treatment is carried out at the onset of hair loss or when the scalp has not been hairless for very long. Once the hair follicles have been completely destroyed, autohaemotherapy unfortunately no longer helps.
